The vision for the island is to achieve ultimate sustainability while introducing development for tourists, locals and new residents. The island will bring together healing, living, working and recreation in harmony with nature. The proposed master planned development is inspired by the natural beauty and heritage of the island, and celebrates the coming together of the sky, earth and water aiming to synthesise these forces of nature into the projects and the quality of life of its residents.
Development and infrastructure surrounding the island will support the island’s vision, providing for the local communities, improving social ecology and ultimately acting as a catalyst towards sustainability and good urban planning.
