16 Storey multi-unit residential tower with 280 dwellings, 2 levels of basement parking, townhouses, over 50% of recreation open space and 25% of adaptable units. The urban fabric and context surrounding the site (main arterial leading visitors into the area, the future public transit corridor and view corridors) clearly strengthens the need for a ‘marker building’. This proposal is to reflect that original vision and strengthen the urban design of the area.
