Luxe Broadbeach

A bespoke luxury development of thirty-four storeys featuring twenty-eight full floor units. There are six base unit types with three material palette selections on offer allowing each apartment to be tailored to the residents. The project has basement and podium parking that is topped by a double height residents’ facilities level that separates the tower from the podium. The tower is a slender bookend to Charles Avenue, providing uninterrupted ocean views for the residents. The feature structural elements elegantly frame the building form and emphasize it’s slender proportions.
