The Milton
30 Storey residential tower. Transit Orientated Development (TOD)
300+apartments, retail, commercial and station entry. This development is integrated with the major Queensland Railway node of Milton Station. The project provided a new flagship station entry and platform upgrades as a strategy to achieve an additional 10 storeys of height for the tower.
The building features 305 spacious apartments and extensive landscape and resident facilities over 30 storeys. It offers a mix of apartment configurations from studios though to dual key and penthouse apartments. The building is planned to suit both owner occupiers and hotel management by Minor International.
Public spaces are of a five star hotel standard and are branded with Armani Casa furnishings. All apartments are planned to suit the Queensland outdoor lifestyle vernacular with ample external balconies, large opening windows and appropriate sun screening. The tower façade provides elements of reference to the history of the site and the building’s connection to the rail corridor.
